Dough 1 cup (2 sticks) soft butter 8 oz. softened regular (not whipped) cream cheese 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar
Chocolate 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2/3 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup pecan halves
Yields 60 pieces

Red Sauce:
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
½ chopped onion
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. crushed garlic
¾ cup canned crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
White Sauce:
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ cup grated parmesan
2 Tbsp. vodka (optional)
